A Pun-Filled Exploration of Why Dog Waste Management is Integral to the Vitality of your Community by Justin Greenland
The Runs Down:
Welcome to the world of dog waste management - indeed a topic that might not be the most glamorous but is impawtant to consider. As a responsible pet owner, you've got a furbaby. Maybe a few of them, and it doesn't matter what shape, size or colour they are - they all eat, and they all poop. We're going to explore why dog waste matters and why proper management is crucial as a pillar of your community.
Do you remember that time you went to your cousin Dave's backyard barebeque and you didn't want to say anything but all you could smell was the stench from the contributions of his three Great Danes? No? Neither do I, but it was a pretty fun mental excersize!
So throw on those gloves, grab your favourite doggo and let's dive in to the world of dog poop! *
*(Not head-first though, it really never seems to end well)
Community Responsibility:
As pet owners, we have a collective responsibility to maintain clean and healthy communities. You don't want to have the yard that nobody wants to walk past!
By being mindful of our dog's waste and promptly cleaning up after them, we contribute to a more pleasant environment for everyone. Together, we can create pet-friendly spaces that are enjoyable for both humans and their furry companions.
Often times, we get so focused on our own needs and perspectives that we forget that our doggos and puppers also have their own comfort requirements. You may have had the unfortunate awakening after the spring melt when your Dachshund decided it really didn't want to go outside anymore. Perhaps your Shephard tends to avoid specific parts of the yard that, well, kind of stink! After all, your pooch's nose is somewhere up to a hundred thousand times more powerful than your own - which is pretty puggin' impressive if you ask me!
Speaking of Pugs, my little Murphy used to play this really fun game with me where he would hide his contributions around the yard in difficult to reach places (like between my shed and my fence, which really made me realize how much weight I'm gaining as it seemingly got more and more narrow), so if you ever happen to decide you'd like our team to take over for you please be sure to let us know if there are any nooks and crannies that your dog tends to leave their contributions.
Poo Crew's Pawsitive Impact:
While we don't hold the prestige that a law firm or high end security business does, the team here at Poo Crew holds great pride in the work we do! We bring an excellent service to people from all walks of life who find themselves in many situations. From a lovely lady who's blind, to a talented dance instructor who had an unfortunate accident and broke her leg - even just your average folks who find themselves too busy with work and family life. We've been able to help a lot of good people that would otherwise struggle to deal with the task themselves.
Our technicians get out there and 'git it done' whether it's 40 degrees and sunny or the frigid, -40 degree Canadian winter. Many of them had signed up with us with the intention of doing it as a part time side hussle, and are still with us years later! If you've landed on this article, you're probably a little curious about the service. I would personally encourage you to give us a shot, if we miss the mark we'll make things right - after all, we're Poofessionals!
